Suitability Assessment Methodology

Task:

Design of a 100-page regulatory document for the KNF, establishing assessment criteria for members of governing bodies in financial institutions — banks, insurance companies, pension societies and brokerage houses.

Solution:

The key decision was building a three-colour navigation system coded directly into the content — purple for financial sectors, orange for supervisory bodies, green for legal provisions. Every paragraph is visually tagged before the reader engages with it. A consistent icon set segments institution types and requirement categories, turning a dense legal structure into a document navigable without linear reading.
