Investments Visual Identity System
Task:
Developing a visual identity system for all Develia investments — one of Poland's largest residential developers. The project aimed to create a coherent framework for communicating multiple developments simultaneously: from housing estates to premium residences, while maintaining the recognisability of the umbrella brand.
Solution:
Rather than creating a single identity for all developments, the system defines what stays fixed and what can flex. A shared typographic and layout structure holds the Develia brand, while colour palettes, textures and graphic elements shift with the character of each development. Estate, home, residence — each segment speaks its own language while remaining part of one system. Result: Concept project, not implemented.
