Task:

Developing a visual identity system for all Develia investments — one of Poland's largest residential developers. The project aimed to create a coherent framework for communicating multiple developments simultaneously: from housing estates to premium residences, while maintaining the recognisability of the umbrella brand.

Solution:

A system built on a flexible identity module that, within a shared typographic and layout structure, allows each development its own individual identity — a distinct colour palette, textures and graphic elements reflecting its character. This enables clear differentiation between offer segments (estate, home, residence) without compromising the coherence of the Develia brand. The system defines both fixed elements and flexible fields that can be adapted for specific developments. Concept project, not implemented.
